Where does Flippio source its HSK 1 vocabulary?
Flippio includes 500 entries from the vocabulary data bundled with the site. The file does not record its original publisher, release date, or version. Its HSK Level 1 label does not guarantee complete or current syllabus coverage. The collection has not been verified against a current official syllabus.
Why is my pronunciation not recognized in the speaking exercise?
Flippio uses your browser's Web Speech Recognition API. Ensure your browser has microphone permissions enabled and that you are using a supported browser (Google Chrome on Android/Desktop offers the highest accuracy for Mandarin).
How do I report an incorrect translation or audio glitch?
Please email contact@flippio.com.au with the page URL, character or phrase, and the issue you noticed. The project maintainer may review the report and update the site where appropriate; review or correction is not guaranteed by a specific deadline.
